Step 1 - Initial Contact
The GISELLE team will discuss your requests with you and assess whether they are suitable for a bespoke project. For smaller custom projects, a client advisor will assist you. For larger projects, or upon request, an appointment will be scheduled with Giselle personally.

Step 2 - Consultation (virtual or in person)
During this initial consultation, Giselle will get to know you better and discuss all the important questions and requests so that she can then design the perfect piece of jewelry for you. 
Giselle's goal: to exceed your expectations. 

Step 3 - Choosing the Right Stone
Drawing on her experience and excellent connections in the diamond and gemstone industry, Giselle will assist you with all your questions and explain what you should consider when making a decision. By asking questions, Giselle will be able to determine which stone best suits your priorities and preferences.

Giselle will personally select your stone and visits her suppliers several times a year to find certified diamonds of the desired quality. Our goal is to get the most out of your budget.

Giselle will present the appropriate design using photos and sketches. Upon request, we can also create a 3D visualization.

Step 4 - Your piece of jewelry is being created
Your gemstones have arrived, and the design has been finalized! Next, our goldsmiths and gem setters will begin crafting your piece of jewelry. Giselle will oversee this process until the piece is successfully delivered. It won’t be released until Giselle is 100% satisfied!

Step 5 - Handoff & Shipping
The best part: the handover. You’ll take a comfortable seat with us once again, receive your personal treasure, and enjoy a glass of champagne to celebrate the occasion.
If you'd prefer not to come by in person, we can also send you the piece of jewelry via insured courier.
