Our customers enjoy our PREMIUM Jewelry Services. This includes free professional cleaning at any time, inspection appointments (service), resizing, diamond settings, maintenance, and rhodium plating.
18k Gold & Platinum
For our collections, we use only solid 18k gold and platinum. We also work with certified Swiss foundries.
GIA DIAMONDS
Our diamonds are certified by the GIA, an institution internationally renowned for its rigorous standards. At GISELLE, any diamond weighing 0.30 ct or more is GIA-certified, which guarantees its quality. Without exception, our diamonds come from conflict-free regions and are sourced through long-standing, trusted partnerships with dealers.
Maintenance
Just like any car, an engagement ring that is worn every day requires regular inspection and maintenance. Depending on the design of the ring or piece of jewelry, we recommend bringing it in for inspection every 2–3 years. We’ll check to make sure the setting is still intact and secure. Daily wear can cause the precious metal to wear down or become bent. With the necessary regular maintenance, your ring will stay like new forever.
